Quantitative method
- Some
questionaires will be distribute towards all of principals, teachers, administration
staffs and students. It will identify which leadership style that presented in
that school based on respondent answer. The study only presented successful
secondary school in Sarawak. The researchers will choose certain secondary
school based on some criteria;
“
State Inspectorate Division, the principal in this study had displayed an
“outstanding” effort in creating and supporting a positive teaching-learning
climate in the school. The records also revealed that the principal had done a
lot to improve instructional practices in the school”

The question will be variables based on background factors
such as, gender, management training, experiences and type of
school administration. At
the end, the data will be analyze.

Qualitative method
Qualitative method
- Using
qualitative method the data will be collected through extensive interviews,
casual conversations, formal and informal observations, and various kinds of
school activities and policy documents. The interview will be conduct using
open-ended question and sometime maybe will be informal conversation. So, it
will make the respondent more relax. The conversation will be audio-tape.
During the conversation English and Malay language will be use according to the
respondent prefer. At the end, the data will be transcript.
